This notice explains what information Apex Dynamics LLC ("Apex Dynamics", "we") collects through this website and its assistant, Pilot, and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you write to Pilot. Pilot is an automated assistant, not a person. Your messages are processed by an artificial intelligence service to answer you.
• Your contact details, only if you book a consultation: your name, phone number and email, and the day, time and type of meeting you choose.
• Technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address, used only to keep the site and Pilot secure and to prevent abuse.

We do not ask for sensitive information. Please don't share it in the chat.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to contact you about the consultation you booked and to send you its information and follow-up: confirmation, reminders, changes and what comes next. We also use what you write to answer your questions, and technical information to keep the site and Pilot secure.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not send you marketing messages without asking you separately.

Calls and text messages

By sharing your phone number to book a consultation, you agree that we may call you or text you about that consultation. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to run this website and Pilot. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you talk to Pilot, it sets one cookie that keeps your conversation together for 24 hours so a booking can be finished. While a tab is open, the site may also keep display settings in your browser; they are deleted when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

• The conversation with Pilot: 24 hours after your last message.
• The details of a booked consultation: 12 months, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
• Technical records kept by our hosting provider: a few days.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to hello@apexdynamics.llc. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights; we will respond as the law requires.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update it here and change the effective date.
